Announced in May 2026 — our core member Öznur Maden and her team receive an undergraduate research grant
The team of undergraduate researchers consisting of Aslı Türkoğlu and Ayşe Yaman and led by Öznur Maden, a core member of SPoPs-Lab, has been awarded funding under TÜBİTAK's 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Programme. The project, "The Mediating Role of Sexism in the Relationship Between Right-Wing Authoritarianism, Social Dominance Orientation, and Attitudes Toward Women's Fertility," asks whether sexist ideology explains how broader ideological orientations translate into attitudes about women's reproductive lives.
